Boxing Technique is a structured coaching class focused on improving your boxing skills, movement and understanding of the sport. Whether you're completely new to boxing or looking to sharpen existing skills, this class provides expert instruction in a supportive, non-intimidating environment.

You'll learn correct punching technique, footwork, defensive movements and combinations while developing coordination, balance and confidence. The emphasis is on learning and improving, rather than fitness circuits or high-intensity conditioning.

  • Coaching on boxing stance, footwork and movement
  • Technique-focused punch combinations and drills
  • Defensive skills including slips, blocks and head movement
  • Partner and pad work to develop timing and accuracy
