Power Circuits isn’t just a class – it’s your friendly 7am Tuesday morning crew.
If you struggle to stay consistent, feel tired before work, or worry about being “the worst person in the room”, this is for you.
This fully coached, small-group session is designed to help you move, sweat and feel good – without pressure, judgement or ego. You work at your own pace, you’re supported the whole way, and you cannot be bad at this class.
Each week brings a fresh circuit-style workout, combining simple strength moves, light cardio bursts and team-style exercises to keep things social, motivating and (surprisingly) fun.
You’ll leave energised, accomplished and ready to take on the day, alongside a group of friendly faces who start their Tuesdays together.
