Boxercise is a fast-paced, high-intensity fitness class built around boxing combinations using gloves and pads. You’ll work in pairs, learning simple punch combinations and drills that deliver a serious cardio workout, without sparring or contact.

Expect a fun, motivating session that improves fitness, coordination, and confidence while burning plenty of calories.

What to expect:
Partner pad work using boxing gloves
High-intensity intervals to raise heart rate and build fitness
Simple combinations coached clearly throughout
Non-contact and suitable for beginners
A supportive, energetic atmosphere

No boxing experience is needed – everything is explained and demonstrated during the session.

Equipment:
Gloves and pads provided
Just bring comfortable workout clothes and trainers
